Experience a profound guided meditation which will focus on breath awareness, intention setting, visualization, and deep relaxation. Yoga Nidra, or Yogic Sleep, is a meditative practice that travels through the subtle layers of your physical and energetic bodies. This workshop begins with gentle asana and culminates in total relaxation. As you lay in Savasana you’ll enjoy essential oils, candlelight and peace. A Yoga Nidra practice helps to reduce the stress and tensions we carry with us in our everyday lives and it is said that one hour of Yoga Nidra is equal to four hours of deep sleep.

  • RETREAT January 31- February 2 2020 Big Sur, CA Esalen We invite you to this weekend of conversation and collective care-taking with a group of young-ish adults in their 20s through 40s who’ve all experienced a significant loss, and aren’t afraid to talk about it. Join the co-founders of The Dinner Party, a worldwide community, for storytelling over delicious meals, writing sessions, movement practices and more, as we explore some of the rituals that Dinner Partiers have found most helpful after their loss. This workshop creates a space for you to unpack your own loss experience, experiment with grief rituals that you can make your own and build friendships with people who just get it.
